The Pillars that sustain our Universe

  • ORGANIC MATERIALS

Made with the highest quality organic cotton, from verified farms and sources, for the well being of your body and the planet.

  • PLANT DYES

Artisanally dyed with natural pigments through a process that involves zero chemicals and minimal waste.

  • VEGAN

100% vegan materials to honor and respect life, all beings, bring harmony and enhance spiritual wellness.

  • FAIR TRADE

A collaborative team effort where everyone benefits, individually and collectively.

  • HERITAGE

We honor ancient traditions by integrating them into every piece. Each jacket’s huipil takes an average of 3 months to be embroidered from one craftswoman.

  • GIVING FORWARD

Every interaction and choice of materials are oriented to making a stand for equality, freedom and consciousness.

The Source

After a meticulous and exhaustive in depth journey across all four corners of the world to find the healthiest most sustainable materials, we found GOTS Certified Organic Cotton that is grown and spun into yarn in India.

Organic Cotton saves water and it's grown without any pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers, therefore it bypasses huge amounts of chemicals and toxins that won’t end up going into the soil, streams, animals, or your skin.

The Knits

The cotton we use is also soft, breathable, and you can feel the goodness of vibration when you wear it.

Our 3 high quality knits are then made locally in California where we also manufacture our garments which reduces our environmental carbon footprint.

Natural Dyes

We dye clothes the way nature colors itself - through plants, flowers, and minerals that come directly from the earth. Each piece of our core collection is dyed with extracted organic pigments, in combination with collected rainwater, or left undyed and unbleached. You can see the natural variation of colors throughout each piece, when dying clothes this way every piece will look different, like a fingerprint or a cloud - no two are the same. Embracing this uniqueness elevates us, as it is the natural way.

Hand Embroidered

Our heritage collector vegan leather jackets are individually custom made and hand sewed. They include pieces that take up to 5 months to hand embroidered by indigenous women around the world. We aim to help keep these ancient traditional arts alive and thriving into the future.

Vegan Leather

After years of testing apple, cactus, pineapple, mushroom and other vegan leathers for our jackets, we finally discovered the softest, most buttery feeling one. We are able to make it from 50% recycled materials.

TULKU will be consistently developing new vegan leathers from recycled materials to fermentation technology, setting the highest standard for being ecological and ethically driven. Our goal is to make animal leather a thing of the past.

The Design

Designed to be seasonless and stay in your wardrobe for generations yet to come, our styles evoke timelessness by bridging the ancient to the future, versatility by being wearable from day to night, inclusiveness by merging the masculine and the feminine, and adaptability by functioning from equinox to solstice.

With mobility and comfort in mind we include into our patterns ergonomic cuts and work with the highest quality knits that are not only soft at touch but ensure flexibility while regulating the body's temperature.

The Craft

We believe in softening through conscious manufacturing as we care deeply about every step of the production process and everyone involved. We ensure fair trade along the whole chain of production and manufacture at the highest quality to ensure durability and utmost comfort.

Our Mission

"To transform what high-end fashion means today by bridging the material and spiritual worlds and to ignite an evolutionary future."
